Garlic and Parmesan Courgettes

Ingredients
2 medium courgettes (zucchinis)
1 Tbs butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed, grated or finely chopped
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
Wash and slice courgettes and pat dry with a paper towel.
Heat a frying pan to medium and fry the courgettes in butter until just soft, sprinkling with salt and black pepper to your taste.
Add garlic to the pan and fry for a further one minute.
Grate the parmesan cheese onto the courgettes, turning constantly until crisp and browned.
Serving Suggestion
Serve hot as a side dish!
