Creator Space

Use our space for meetings, workshops, education and events
The Creator Space is our newly-refurbished event space for community use at 38 Homes Road, Manurewa
Featuring a large meeting room and a workshop with multiple work benches, it’s the perfect space to host a hui or share your skills and knowledge with a community class or workshop.
Using the Creator Space is free of charge for environmental and sustainability events that are free for the public to attend.
For events with an admission charge, or that are unrelated to our mission, we may require a small hire fee. Get in touch for details about how we can support you.
The Creator Space story
At the Beautification Trust, we want to connect, empower and teach more Kiwis, young and old, to care for the environment and live more sustainably.
Everyone learns in different ways, and while we have a role in providing education, we also want to give others the chance to share their passion and knowledge with the community.
In 2021, we launched the Creator Space as a dedicated space where the community can come together to collaborate, share skills and knowledge, and build on our collective journey towards a more sustainable future.

Run a class or workshop
Do you have skills or knowledge you can share with the community? Are you cracking at composting, a wonderful woodworker or an outstanding up-cycler?
Whatever your craft or passion, we want to give you the space to share it with others. Book the Creator Space or get in touch to talk about your idea.
Host a hui
Whether it’s a small meeting or a big brainstorming session, the Creator Space is a great place to get together and collaborate.
Set up the tables and chairs however you like, fill the whiteboard with brilliant ideas and tap into our wi-fi to stay connected. Check out our facilities or book the Creator Space.
