Eye on Nature Wearable Arts has been one of the highlights of our calendar since its humble beginnings in a marquee on the lawn at the Auckland Botanic Gardens. Watching hundreds of tamariki and rangatahi bring their creativity to life on stage has been a privilege and a joy for our whole team. It is with real sadness that we share the news that Eye on Nature Wearable Arts will not go ahead in 2026. In March, our Eye on Nature School Days brought 1,186 tamariki out of the classroom and into the Auckland Botanic Gardens to explore, discover, and connect with the natural world around them.

The Beautification Trust is excited to welcome Gimhan, a Digi-Coach to support the community with everyday digital needs. Until Friday 17th July, locals can access free, friendly, drop-in help with everything from smartphones and tablets to online services and apps.
