Your feedback is vital to helping us improve and ensure our mahi makes a meaningful impact. Whether you have a suggestion, compliment, or complaint, we want to hear from you.

 

How to Share Your Feedback or Lodge a Complaint

Contact us through any of these channels:

If lodging a complaint, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

  • What your complaint is about.

  • Relevant dates, locations, or people involved.

  • What resolution you are seeking (if applicable).

 

Lodging a Complaint: What Happens Next?

  1. Acknowledgement:
    We’ll acknowledge your complaint within three working days and provide the name and contact details of the team member(s) handling it.

  2. Investigation:
    Your complaint will be investigated with fairness and confidentiality. We may contact you for further details to fully understand the issue. Personal details and information shared during the feedback process will remain confidential and will only be used for resolving your complaint by the team member(s) handling it.

  3. Resolution:
    We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If it takes longer, we’ll keep you updated on the progress.

 

Not Satisfied with the Outcome?

If you’re unhappy with how your complaint was resolved, you can:

  • Request a review by a senior team member, such as the CEO.

  • Escalate the issue to an external authority, like a local government body.

 

Behaviour Guidelines

We strive to resolve all complaints respectfully and fairly. However, we reserve the right to disengage from complaints involving abusive or threatening behaviour.
