Hop on for a day of adaptive cycling fun! Everyone is welcome to explore all kinds of bikes such as handcycles, recumbant bikes, trikes, tandems and more in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

About the Event
Hop on for a day of adaptive cycling fun!
Everyone is welcome to explore all kinds of bikes such as handcycles, recumbant bikes, trikes, tandems and more in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
There will be a specific tandem workshop for riders with a vision impairment. Cycling NZ, Blind Sport NZ, with support from BLENNZ will be running the workshops to explain how to be the pilot (rider at the front), how to be the stoker (rider at the back), communication skills, routes to use, and information on Tandem Cycling as a high performance sport. Equipment provided.
