About the Event
Explore the natural dyes you already have in your kitchen and learn how to turn fabrics into colorful pieces of art by using teas, spices and vegetable offcuts. Learn how to prepare the dyes and how different folding and dyeing techniques influence your results.
This free, all ages workshop is the perfect after-school activity!
This free workshop is brought to you by Chimaera as part of the Beautification Trust’s Eye on Nature EcoFest, a free month-long festival for families/whānau to connect with the environment.
Bookings are recommended, as spaces are limited. Some spaces may be available to those without bookings on the day.

· All participants over 12 years of age must show a My Vaccine Pass to attend.
· Please wear a face mask and maintain social distancing.
· This workshop will take place under a large, open-sided stretch tent. This provides shade and rain cover, while also allowing airflow through the space.
