About the Event
Eye on Nature Creative Arts is all about teaching tamariki to love the environment and live more sustainably in a fun, creative and hands-on way! This annual competition is open to all kindergartens and primary schools in South & East Auckland.
Our Kick-start session is a wonderful opportunity for teachers, parents, whānau and tamariki to come and learn more about the programme and pick up some art supplies to help you get started.
- Art & craft supply swap - bring any extras in your stash to donate* and pick up some new supplies and repurposed materials
- Learn about the Eye on Nature Creative Arts programme and talk to our community educator about in-school workshops
- Get resources and ideas for activities to get your tamariki involved
Drop in any time between 11am - 1pm, Saturday 20th August at the Beautification Trust's Creator Space.
* Donated goods will be accepted at our discretion. If you have items to donate and you want to check if we can accept them, please get in touch.
